The group, from Apa Council Ward, in Ado LGA, was in the Senator’s office to thank him for his developmental strides in Apa-Agila, Ado and Benue South at large.
Speaking on behalf of the group, the leader, Prince John Ominyi, said they came to identify with the Senator on his outstanding performance within a very short time.
Prince Ominyi said they had been following the Senator’s achievements and are very pleased with him. He commended the Senator for the gigantic healthcare centre built in Apa, their country home, and his other people-oriented projects scattered across the Senatorial District. He thanked him profously and assured him of the group’s continued prayers and support.
Senator Moro, in his response, thanked his guests for the visit. He said he was in public office for them, his constituents, and not for any personal benefit. He stated that he would continue to work so hard for them to justify the confidence reposed in him in 2019.
On the healthcare centre, the Senator said his desire was to build one in each of the nine LGAs, to cater for the health needs of his people. He re-assured them of his determination to always fight and get for them whatever he can within the limits of his capacity and ability. He said he would never shy away from his responsibilities.
In recognition of his contributions and selfless efforts towards the growth of Apa-Agila, the delegation presented to the Senator an EXCELLENT PERFORMANCE award.
